David is non executive and executive director with a significant and broad record of achievement across regulated financial services companies. He has been the Chairman of two mutuals, including a Builing Society,  and is very keen to get North West Mutual up and running to serve its north west homelandd an answer to this item.

Bolton born Dave is a highly experienced financial services executive with an extensive background in launching, building and managing regulated businesses, Dave has held senior roles at high street banks in the UK, North America and South Africa, and retailers while also providing strategic consultancy services to major organisations seeking to enter financial services.

Iwan has over 30 years’ experience of Finance and Risk roles within Financial Services. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Iwan started his career at Touche Ross (now Deloitte) and has worked at several Financial Services organisations, including Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, NatWest, JP Morgan Chase and Deutsche Bank. Iwan has also been Chief Risk Officer at Saffron Building Society, Deputy Financial Director at Principality Building Society and Financial Director at Monmouthshire Building Society

Clive has over 40 years financial services industry experience, having worked with Barclays Bank, the Bank of Nova Scotia, West Merchant Bank and Deloitte Touche before establishing his own IT consultancy and software company in 1996. Misys Plc acquired his company in 2004 and since leaving Misys in 2007, Clive has continued to provide IT consulting services to various financial institutions in the UK and overseas on data migration, data warehousing, reporting, system selection and system integration. Clive was a non executive director of Charity Bank and of CAF Bank. 

James has over 25 years boardroom experience in international business in manufacturing, household goods retailing and financial services in the UK, Ireland, China, Europe and Africa having served on the boards of both private and public companies. He is the founder of the Community Savings Bank Association.
